Heater Type
HE
The Principle:
Cylindric bent pipe cylinders flown through by thermo oil form the heating surface of the heater. Within the inner cylinder the combustion chamber the heat is converted by radiation. In the outer cylinder the heat is converted by convection.
The pipe system is covered by a gas tight welded coat of sheet metal steel. Inside-/outside cylinder and coat of sheet metal steel form the three-pass-system.
A mineral wool insulation, covered by a fine galvanized sheet steel coat, prevents heat losses and protects against contact.
Within the heater, generated heat by oil or gas flame will be transfered into thermo oil that is conveyed by a pump to heat consumer.

Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger Type AHE
The Principle:
A heat carrier flows through the bent pipe cylinders which form the heat exchange surface of the exhaust-gas heat exchanger. The individual axially mounted pipe baskets are covered by a gastight welded coat of sheet metal steel. The sturdy construction of the heater is specially suited for shipping.
Hot exhaust gases from ships motors or industrial plants will heat the exhaust gas heat exchangers and optimize the use of primary energy.
The arrangement of integrated bypass passages permits a modula ting, fully automatic capacity control. Several supervising systems will control and regulate the temperatures and capacity.
Heat carrying with thermal oil has been increasingly successful with heating of ships and on the industrial field due to trouble and service free operation.
By combining the HTI-Gesab-exhaust gas heat exchanger and the directly fired HTI-Gesab heater an automatic operation without supervision is guaranteed.
Different temperatures of the heating medium can be achieved through secondary heating circuits. By means of heat exchangers, a dual-circuit system is also possible without problems i. e. aboard chemical tankers. A natural effect of corrosion protection caused by heat carrier oil prevents damages in pipe lines, consumers and boilers. Low operating pressure in the system allows temperatures of heating medium up to 300°C with standard systems.

HTI-Gesab-exhaust gas heat exchangers are suitable for operation with thermal oil or water. When operating with hot water, steam can be produced by using steaming-out cylinders.
